The Woman in Seat 2A

She looked completely out of place.

At least, that was what Alejandro thought.

While the other first-class passengers wore luxury watches, designer suits, and expensive jewelry, she sat alone in a simple cream-colored linen dress. She wore no makeup. No diamonds. No designer handbag.

Just a book.

She seemed completely uninterested in the luxury around her.

Nearby sat Alejandro’s wife, Victoria.

Victoria had spent most of her life surrounded by privilege and attention. Her coat alone cost more than some people earned in months, and the diamonds around her neck sparkled every time she moved.

Unfortunately for her, she wasn’t sitting in seat 2A.
